On 6th January, Police Officer Si of the first brigade of the Traffic Police went to Anqing Foreign Language School's west campus to deliver a lecture on traffic safety, which not only enhanced the traffic safety awareness of teachers and students, but also made us deeply realize the significance of obeying traffic laws and regulations.
Specifically, in his keynote speech, by popularizing traffic safety laws and regulations, in combination with his own case handling experience and traffic safety accident cases, Police Officer Si gave students a vivid traffic safety education lesson. Meanwhile, he emphasized what students needed to pay attention to when walking, cycling and riding on the bus, reminding students to form good traffic habits. For instance, when crossing the street, students should use the sidewalk and wear helmets when riding bicycles. Also, students under the age of 16 are not allowed to ride electric bikes. Additionally, students should fasten their seat belts when taking the bus.
In summary, the traffic police into campus publicity activities enriched teachers and students' traffic safety knowledge, thus reinforcing their self-protection awareness, and creating a strong traffic safety atmosphere on campus.
